HI Team I'm trying to set up my printer intermec PB50 with PrintSet 4 via USB cable But so far this error has been popping up and prevent me to apply the setting. Can you please shred me some light on how to fix it Thank you very much

The best way to fix the issue is to first ensure that the printer is properly connected to the computer, then update the printer driver to the latest version, and finally make sure that the PrintSet 4 software is up to date.
